Residents across Cranston woke up on Monday to a winter wonderland. Snow totals ranged from two to four inches, giving Rhode Island the first plowable snow of the season. It was the perfect storm for ice fishing enthusiasts too: snow, cold temperatures, calm conditions, and frozen waters.
