On 4/29/2024 at 1708hrs. Officers arrested Maria Tarro, (45) of 59 Gilbert Stuart Rd, East Greenwich, RI for DUI BAC unknown 2nd Offense, Chemical test refusal and Duty to stop in Accident resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest is a result of a call for service regarding a hit and run accident in Garden City Shopping Center and the vehicle subsequently located in the area.
Disposition of Arrestee: Arraigned by Bail Commissioner and Released Approved for Press: YES

On 4/29/24 at 0100 hrs., Officers arrested Charles White, 37, of 955 Dyer Avenue Apt #88 Cranston, RI for domestic simple assualt, domestic vandalism, and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at 955 Dyer Avenue.
Disposition of Arrestee: Awaiting arraignment.

On 4/29/24 at 0055 hrs., Officers arrested Elsie Dahn, 29, of 91 Arthur Street Apt #12, Pawtucket, RI for domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of disturbance call at 955 Dyer Avenue.
Disposition of Arrestee: Awaiting arraignment

On 4/29/24 at 0145 hrs., Officers arrested Jose A. Vasquez 33, of 150 North View Avenue, Cranston for DUI BAC unknow 1st offense and Chemical Test Refusal. The arrest was the result of an accident investigation at Sam' Auto Group, 936 Cranston Street.
Disposition of Arrestee: Issued a release to appear at RI Hospital

On 4/28/2024 at 1751hrs. Officers arrested Jordan Vargas, (18) of 7 Bodell Ave Apt#5 Providence. RI, for Domestic-Disorderly Conduct, and Domestic-Simple Assault and Battery. The arrest is a result of a call for a physical disturbance in the area of 95 Warwick Ave.
Disposition of Arrestee: Presented as a Bail Violator, arraigned and transported to the ACI.

On 04/27/2024 at 2234 hrs. Officers arrested Cynthia Mclintock (37) of 245 Manton St apt 6 Pawtucket RI, for Larceny Over $1,500, and Conspiracy. The arrest is the result of Pawtucket Police taking her into custody based on our arrest affidavit.
Disposition of Arrestee: Held overnight as a violator.

On 4/27/24 at 1941 hours Officers arrested Carole Smith (61) of 97 Garden St. Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault. Arrest is the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address.
Disposition of Arrestee: Arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and Released

On 4/27/24 at 1941 hours Officers arrested Heidi Smith (39) of 125 Waterman Ave. Cranston, for Domestic Assault on a Person over 60. Arrest is the result of a call for service at 97 Garden St.
Disposition of Arrestee: Arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and Released

On 4/27/24 at 0806 hrs., Officers arrested Sension Jimenez, 30, of 300 Smithfield Rd. North Providence, RI for Domestic Simple Assault-3rd/Greater, Violation of No Contact Order, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at 318 Garfield Ave. (Edge Fitness).
Disposition of Arrestee: Arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to ACI Intake as a probation violator.

On 4/26/24 at 0929 hrs., Officers arrested Sagrario Carmona, 48, of 1310 Elmwood Ave. Cranston, RI for Child Abuse-2nd Degree. The arrest was the result of this person turning themselves in on a previously issued arrest and affidavit warrant.
Disposition of Arrestee: Transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

On 4/26/24 at 1003 hrs., Detectives arrested Tiffany Espinal, 31, of 50 West Warwick Ave. Apt. 2 West Warwick, RI for (3) cts. Shoplifting-Felony. The arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation by the Criminal Investigations Unit at 142 Hillside Rd. (Sephora) and subsequent arrest and affidavit warrant.
Disposition of Arrestee: Transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

On 4/25/24 at 1922 hours, Officers arrested Matthew Saygbah, 36, of 180 Manton Ave, Providence, RI, for Vandalism as the result of a disturbance call at 819 Park Ave, Dollar Tree.
Disposition of Arrestee: Awaiting arraignment as a bail violator.

On 4/25/24 at 2103 hours, Officers arrested Jose Diaz, 48, of 415 Friendship St, Providence, RI, for 2 Superior Court Bench Warrants as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad St.
Disposition of Arrestee: Processed and transported to the ACI

On 4/24/24 at 1335 hours, Officers arrested Gregory Anthony, 41, of 33 Ruth Ave, East Providence, RI, for a Cranston Warrant of Felony Shoplifting and Habitual Offender, as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Sockanossett Cross Rd.
Disposition of Arrestee: Arraigned and brought to the ACI as a probation violator.

On 4/23/24 at 1804 hours, Officers arrested Nicholas Minutelli, 29, of 41 Everly St, Cranston, RI, for Manufacturing/Possessing w/Intent to Deliver Schedule V -2nd Offense (Alprazolam) and 4 counts of Possession of Schedule I-V (Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, Marijuana and Psyilocygin Mushrooms) as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston St.
Disposition of Arrestee: Awaiting arraignment as a probation violator
